Project design GEA Grasso UAB project engineers follows a continuous quality circle in collaboration with each customer idea to be able to translate each desire into an (affordable) solution. After collecting client ideas and needs, we proceed to the establishment of a vision for the future in a tailor-made concept. The entire course is taken into consideration, from new development to service.  This is taken on by a project team with its own experts in e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, service and sales.

Contracting After the project is designed it devolves to our Contracting department. Product knowledge, installation knowledge, ease of operation, efficiency and level of service are essential elements of each GEA Grasso UAB project for a total refrigeration solution. The various components of the installations are assembled in our own workplaces whenever possible. Our permanent partners join the prefab modules on site, including all piping, wiring, control panels and insulation. All under the responsibility of a GEA Grasso UAB supervisor.

Plant montage GEA Grasso UAB has it's own small montage team. Our professional mounters work in our warehouse assembling compressor racks. They also able to make small plant montage outside the warehouse. This montage team allows GEA Grasso UAB react fast to client needs and makes company more flexible than our competitors.

Control and PLC engineering All our designed refrigeration systems have control systems according to client needs and new technologies. In every project we try to use new and high technologies of automatisation, which helps to make system more efficient.

Service and Maintenance After the system start-up all the information about refrigeration plant and its system solutions is being transmitted to our service and maintenance department. Our customers according to their needs can sign the service contract under the level their need to be served.

Components Every refrigeration plant is based on a lot of small and big components. During the exploitation these elements has to be regularly changed. For the plants user alleviation GEA Grasso UAB has components selling department which can offer elements for refrigeration with best price and best delivery term.
